Last day of “Seven days of reading “

Yesterday was probably the most successful day of the whole week.

I completed the three tasks of the day, and to top it off the whole left from friday, read 200 pages from one book, which I believed to be one of the hardest to achieve, alongside read for 6 hours, which is part of today’s challenge.

So, 18 out of 18 ,and one more day to go.

  1. Read 50 pages outside
  2. Read 2 printed graphic novels
  3. Read 3 single issue comic books
  4. Read 300 total pages
  5. Read 1 digital graphic novel
  6. Read 2 digital graphic novels
  7. Read 50 pages in bed
  8. Read for 2 hours
  9. Read 300 total pages
  10. Read 100 pages on 1 room
  11. Read 50 pages while drinking red wine
  12. Read 300 total pages
  13. Read 50 pages while drinking coffee
  14. Read 50 pages after midnight
  15. Read 200 pages from one book
  16. Read 2 printed graphic novels
  17. Read for 4 hours
  18. Read 500 total pages

Now let’s talk about yesterday’s challenge, for the two printed graphic novels I choose from a fairly new ground to me, Manga, right now I am trying to complete Kentaro Miura’s Berserk, the Spanish language edition, which are about 30 numbers, and I have 8 of them.

I read numbers 2 and 3, in which Guts, the knight with the gargantuan sword, fights forces from another plain, and some of his mysterious pass unravels, so far I am loving it, but fair warning, it’s not for the faint of heart.

Thanks this two great volumes, and a whole lot of reading from Reaper’s Gale, I could complete the other two tasks, read for 4 hours ,and read 500 total pages.

For today the wheel has in store the three remaining tasks.

  1. Read for 6 hours
  2. Finish the current book (about 42 pages left)
  3. Start a new book ( Robin Hobb’s Assassin series)

The day is set, and the perfect way to finish this very successful week.

For now, I am off to read
