(Y-11) tonight’s repertoire

This evening’s reading will consist again of some first issues of series, that, as explained before, I purchased or got for free at Comixology.

This is in order to determined if I’m interested in continuing reading or just leave it at the first issue.

Two series are from Image Comics and one from Boom Studios, all with really good reviews and amazing creative teams behind them.

Let’s see how this one are.

Off to reading.

(Y-11) the weekend is here.

To say that I have fallen behind my reading is will be an understatement.

I have like 600 total pages, and more than 17 hours left on the clock.

The good news is that I have the whole weekend ahead of me.

And with some incentives to push along, in the form of chocolate and puzzles, I have great hope that I’ll get pass my goal.

I’ll read some of the Dark Phoenix Saga and get started with my new puzzle.

Off to read.

(Y-11) next on the plate

I keep on reading, not as much as I would like, but I’ll get there.

Yesterday, I read the two first issues of the Top Cow Universe crossover event Artifacts, and yes it convinced me to keep on read it.

Next on my plate there are a couple of number one issues, than as Artifacts, I will read and decide if I am interested to keep on reading them.

First up is Necromancer, a six issues mini series by Top Cow comics.

And to close out the night, The Secret History, published by Archaia and it expands over 20 issues.

Let’s see how this go.

Off to reading.

(Y-11) waking up

To start off the morning there is nothing better than some black coffee and a bit of reading.

I started with the Spanish reprint of one the seminal story arc in the X-men mythology, The Dark Phoenix Saga.

Chris Claremont just elevated this group of beloved characters to amazing new heights.

Today feels like a great for my reading.

(Y-11) this evening’s reading

I am approaching the halfway point of Fire & Blood, little over 50 pages to go, and maybe I can close that gap a bit before succumbing to sleep.

Also, I will like to read the latest issue of Heroes in Crisis, well at least in the Mexican edition, which is number 5 of the series.

Off to read.

(Y-11) Looking for new stories.

I have been going thru my Comixology account and I found several number one issues of all kind of series.

These are most commonly found on the free comic books section or in bundles.

So now I’m going to read some of them and determine if I’ll go and buy the next numbers.

To start, I’ll read the mega crossover event by Top Cow comics, Artifacts.

The Darkness and Witchblade are a couple of the characters involved in this story.

Let’s see how it plays out.

Off to read.

(Y-11) He who seeks

I was doing some organizing in my wish list on my Amazon account and I found that there are a lot of titles I am interested in reading on my Kindle unlimited account.

So naturally I asked myself, is there enough titles I could read one per day for a whole year?

Well, I am about to find out and when I have my list complete, I’ll share it and start this new endeavor.

Off to seek things to read.
