As I said in a previous post, this is a holiday weekend in Mexico, so that means that we have Monday off.
For me this means only one thing, reading marathon.
And as in any marathon, I will be chasing down a specific goal, to reach 20,000 pages.
Currently, I stand at 18,354 pages for this the eleventh year of reading, that gives a difference of 1,646 pages.
Early this morning I finished the fourth volume of the current run of Batman: Detective Comics, beautifully written by James Tynion IV and it is currently featuring the extended Bat-family, including the enigmatic and crazy ass character Azrael.
I really am enjoying seeing all those superheroes in action.
Now getting back to my plans for this weekend.
I will be going thru some stories of the Mad Titan himself, I am of course refering to Thanos.
The first volume, which I have already started reading, will be The Infinity Gaunlet.
Followed by The Infinity War.
After this I will get into the two massive volume of The Infinity series, which you can see picture above, along with The Infinity Gauntlet.
The finish off my extended trip , I will read Thanos: Rising, written by the extremely talented Jason Aaron.
Hopefully this would get me really close to those 20,000 pages.
I’ll post a quick update tomorrow.
